Jarvis is a simplified room booking application that works on top of the current outlook system in the government. Its goal is to save employees both time and money as well as make their days more productive.
The application assists you in booking meetings and is only one of the many features the application has. Jarvis also offers the ability to view rooms, a ratings and reveiw system, a reporting system, outlook integration and much more!

The project proposal, research and benchmarking will be made in order to prepare and plan the project.
Furthermore, the development environment will be set up with the help of servers, CI pipelines, and a framework.
There will be the integration of multiple technologies such as the Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the AdonisJs backend framework. Outlook integration will also be implemented to ensure a consistent
The implementation of the ratings and reporting system features will be continued.
Moreover, testing and feedback gathering will be conducted in order to rectify the application and make sure that everything is performing as it should.
There will be the preparation of the demonstration and the presentation in addition to the redaction of the final report.
Finally, the application will be presented and launched.
